Skintopia is a boutique spa in Rochester that Christina Peralta Velez, an esthetician for over 20 years, opened in February 2010. Facials include double cleansing, steam, extractions and a mask, with options such as HydraFacial and peels, and clients also get arm, hand and scalp massage. The menu also covers face and Brazilian waxing, brow and lash tinting, lash lifts and energy healing, using Dermalogica, Image Skincare and other lines. A meditation room is on the premises. Booking is online, gift cards are sold, and the spa is open seven days a week.
