Kenoza Hall

Kenoza Hall is a 19th century hotel on Kenoza Lake in the Catskills, and its Hemlock Spa is a full-service spa with massage therapy, facial treatments and body treatments, including Kneipp-inspired treatments and seasonal lavender body scrubs. Guests use a heated pool, a year-round outdoor hot tub and an outdoor barrel sauna, and the movement studio runs aerial yoga, sound baths and guided meditation. The Spa Day Pass costs $250 and includes a 60-minute massage or custom facial, a $40 dining credit and a fitness class. Treatments can be booked online through a Book a Treatment link. The hotel also has a restaurant and bar, 33 guest rooms including bungalows, and 55 acres of grounds with sensory and walking paths and gardens.
