The Spa at the Inns of Aurora

The Spa at the Inns of Aurora is a spa campus overlooking Cayuga Lake, completed in 2021. Hydrotherapy is included with every spa treatment, through a circuit with indoor and outdoor plunge pools, a co-ed outdoor sauna and steam. Treatments span massage and bodywork, including a hot oil scalp massage and Abhyanga, facials such as dermaplane and vitamin C radiance, body wraps and scrubs, a Red Flower Hammam Ritual, manicures and pedicures, and Reiki. The approach draws on Ayurveda. Fireplace treatment rooms, a grazing bar and a Tranquility Room with lake views round out the visit.
